Trust on refund with us when you buy abortion pills

Below is our cancellation/ refund policies and government norms imposed on e-commerce and pharmacy sectors effective from 1st March 2020 due to COVID -19 with respective to different payment modes and situations are as follows:

Cancellation of the order soon after getting the tracking details and refund for the same will not be entertained at any cost. If the parcel reaches late to customers by additional 15 days as mentioned with respect to the desired time frame of respective shipping mode or if the parcel doesn’t consist of the item as described on the website, in such case you are eligible to get 30% refund of the original amount received. 

The deductions made are into consideration for shipping charges and extra charges required to clear the customs. To claim a refund, customers need to return the item back to the sender. Once the sender receives the parcel (customers can track this on the same portal provided) refund will be initiated within 7-8 business days. 

If by chance the parcel gets seized by Customs,  we will reship the parcel free of cost. If a customer needs a refund , the same should be informed via email. In this case, the customer is eligible for refund of 70% of the amount received. The refund process will be initiated within 8 business days from the day of intimation.
 

For Direct Bank Transfers: Customers are eligible for the refund if the cancellation of the order occurs within 1 hour of order placement. The cancellation of the order should be informed through email. Since we get charged hugely charged per single transaction, a refund in such cases will be 50% of the amount received. The refund process will be initiated within 30-45 business days from the day of order cancellation. This is only applicable for only express and standard shipping. 

No refunds will be entertained for overnight shipment orders. Only for the parcel that doesn’t consist of the item as described on the website, in such case the customer is eligible to get a 30% refund of the original amount received. 

For Credit/Debit Card Processing Gateways: You are eligible for the refund if the cancellation of the order occurs within 2 hours of order placement. The cancellation of the order should be informed through email.  Refunds will be initiated and processed within 8 business days from the day of order cancellation. Before raising any chargebacks,  inform us prior to your issues. We will try to help you as much as we could till your satisfaction.

Note: Since shipping abortion pills and purchasing abortion and birth control pills is not legal in the USA, it takes hard efforts for the company and shippers to ship the product to customers at high risk. Letting banks know about the transactions and item purchased description can be problematic as legal actions will be taken against both the parties. Buyers will have to go through huge penalties and severe punishments.
